We did it! Harborough community share offer closes

Following frantic activity in the final few days we are delighted to announce that our first community share offer has been fully subscribed and our installations at Archway House and Robert Smyth Academy can now proceed.  Structural surveys are underway and we expect installations to commence in early December.

A high proportion of our investors are locally based and can look forward not only to around 5% return, but also to see Market Harborough and the surrounding areas  benefit from a fund to support community programmes such as measures to alleviate fuel poverty.
